Which diet?

Keto: strict low carb, good for weight loss over the medium term.

Paleo: primarily for health with a lot of allowed flexibility.

Paleo-ish: all the essentials of paleo but cuts a few corners for modern living.

Whole30: 30 days of strictest paleo; great for a health reset after some over-indulgence!

Atkins’ diet revolution induction: is very strict dieting, good for short term fast weight loss.

Atkins’ diet revolution ongoing & maintenance: has progressive flexibility over the long term.
