Simple Roasted Carrots
Nothing fancy just salt, olive oil and carrots roasted in the oven.
Ingredients
- 400 g carrots (around 6 medium carrots or 14oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200 deg C (400deg F).
- Slice the carrots about 1cm (1/2 inch) thick.
- Toss the carrots in the olive oil and salt.
- Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 25 mins.
