Ingredients
  

  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Tear the lettuce into shreds. Dice the cucumber, avocado and tomatoes.
  • Mix the lettuce, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes.
  • Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, basil, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small bowl to make the balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Mix the vinaigrette into the salad.
  • Serve.
