Simple 'how to' roast a bell pepper in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200 deg C or 400 deg F.
- Cut the red bell pepper in half.
- Rub both halves with the oil.
- Place the halves cut-side down on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Roast for 25 mins.
- When the bell pepper has cooled enough gently remove the stalk and pips.
