Total carbs per portion

I show all recipes with the total carbs given per portion.  

In almost all recipes, this will be the total carbs per person.  

The exception is condiments, where the total carbs are shown per recipe.  The amount to use is then up to the individual.

And nothing else matters

The focus of the two-week induction is to start ketosis and get rid of those cravings. 

As long as you get into ketosis, nothing else matters.
