Atkins’ Diet Revolution – Ongoing and Maintenance

The original diet which started the idea of low carb dieting. It has now become so altered since the original Diet Revolution book came out and has so many variations it’s hard to cover all of them. So I covered just one the original Atkins’ Diet Revolution.

The recipes on this page are dedicated to the original of original low carb diets – the Atkins’ Diet Revolution. As weight loss and maintenance are so highly individual the recipes on this page are designed for phases 2 to 4 where a slightly higher amount of carbs would be permitted. The induction phase has its own space here where all recipes are extremely low in total cars but all recipes there are also covered here. However, I would recommend all those following the induction diet to look here.

As per Atkins’ guidelines all recipes are low in total carbs and fat is moderated while protein is the main focus of every meal.

Those recipes I felt could do well as part of the Atkins’ Diet Revolution: Ongoing and Maintenance but were higher in fat than protein are also included by the warning !Fat Content! has been given.
