Here it is the paleo diet but not to the letter. Here, there are a few corners cut to make life easier and faster. If your health is fairly good and you don't need to be so strict with your food intake or if your primary goal is focused on weight loss these cut corners will makes no real difference to anything but times and kitchen effort.
