Ingredients
  

  • 1 small orange
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and de-pip the orange.
  • Put it through a blender or food processor (if you don't like the bits you can just use the juice instead of the whole orange instead).
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Pour over the salad and serve.
