Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Just brussels sprouts, some olive oil, salt and pepper roasted in the oven for a simple tasty side dish.
Ingredients
- 500 g brussels sprouts (17.6oz)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat a fan assisted oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F).
- Remove the hard 'tail' end of the brussels sprouts and cut the sprouts in half.
- Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and brussels sprouts together.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and lay out the brussels sprouts.
- Roast for 20 mins, turn over the sprouts at 10 mins.
- Serve.
