Ingredients
  

  • 400 g carrots (around 6 medium carrots or 14oz)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200 deg C (400deg F).
  • Slice the carrots about 1cm (1/2 inch) thick.
  • Toss the carrots in the olive oil and salt.
  • Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
  • Roast in the oven for 25 mins.
