Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200 deg C or 400 deg F.
  • Cut the red bell pepper in half.
  • Rub both halves with the oil.
  • Place the halves cut-side down on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
  • Roast for 25 mins.
  • When the bell pepper has cooled enough gently remove the stalk and pips.
