Ingredients
  

  • 15-20 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180 deg C or 350 deg F.
  • Top, tail and peel off the outer layer of the spring onions.
  • Mix the spring onions, olive oil and salt together.
  • Spread the spring onions out in one layer on baking paper on a baking tray.
  • Roasted for 25 mins, turn them half way trhough cooking.
  • Serve.
