Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium butter lettuce
  • 3 small oranges
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow pepper
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the butter lettuce.
    Peel the oranges and cut into half segments.
    Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
    Dice the yellow pepper and the avocados.
    Add everything to a large bowl.
  • Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and the basil together and then pour over the vegetables.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Serve.
