Cucumber and Avocado Tsatziki

This recipe needs
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1/2 avocado, blended smooth or use a fork
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried chives
- pinch of pepper
How to make it
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
After grating the cucumber, dry as much as possible on a kitchen towel.
- 1/2 avocado, blended smooth or use a fork
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried chives
- pinch of pepper
Add all the remaining ingredients to the dried cucumber and mix thoroughly.
A possible choice for Chicken Souvlaki.

Another paleo tsatziki attempt… obviously:P This one has a slightly different taste to it and is a bit more solid than First Attempt Paleo Tsatziki. So which one to use…?
