Curry Tinted Parsnip Chips – Simple!

This recipe needs

  • 2x large parsnips, very finely sliced
  • 3 Tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder

How to make it

Preheat fan-assisted oven to 200 deg C or 400 deg F.

  • 2x large parsnips, very finely sliced
  • 3 Tbsp oil (olive oil is best)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder

Add everything together. Make sure the oil and spices coat the parsnips evenly.

Spread the parsnip out on the baking paper.

Bake in the oven for around 20 mins. Toss the parsnip chips part way through.


Good with a dip like Creamy Avocado Lemon Dip
